Then you might be the Electronics Production Engineer we are looking for.
PVS, a leading manufacturer of audiovisual solutions under the brands PROCAB, AUDAC, and CAYMON, is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Production Engineer (Electronics) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. What does the role involve?
In this position, you will be the central point of contact for all production-related processes. You will ensure the quality of technical data, maintain smooth information flow between internal teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Product Management), suppliers, and production partners, and manage the complete Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
You ensure that all data, processes, and documentation are accurate — from official releases and change management to component availability tracking and certification. Thanks to your work, production can proceed efficiently, correctly, and without surprises. You will also analyze internal processes and propose improvements (Lean, DFM/DFT).
What will you do?
- Manage and release BOMs, production dossiers, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
- Coordinate change management and releases (ECOs) in the PLM system.
- Source and track components, including hard-to-find parts and End-of-Life products.
- Collaborate with international suppliers (EU and Asia) and internal teams to ensure data and information are shared accurately and completely.
- Support R&D projects and follow up on certification processes (CE, FCC, Energy-Star, etc.).
- Manage items and data in ERP systems (Navision) and PLM software (PDXpert).
What are the expectations for employment?
- You have a technical education, preferably in electronics or industrial sciences.
- Experience in production planning, engineering, or a similar role is a plus.
- You have a strong eye for detail and can work in a structured manner.
- Knowledge of BOM structures, components, and production processes is a strong advantage.
- You possess good analytical skills to help optimize processes.
- You are a true team player and can collaborate well with internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- You take ownership, communicate effectively, are organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have practical knowledge of materials and production techniques.
- Experience with PLM systems and/or ERP packages is a plus.
- You have an interest in the audio sector.
- You have a good command of English.
