PVS, a leading manufacturer of audio-visual solutions under the brands PROCAB, AUDAC, and CAYMON, is looking for a technically strong and product-driven profile to strengthen our product creation team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the definition and development of our audio solutions, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and application. You translate product vision into concrete features and specifications and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
This isn't a purely engineering or operational role, but a key position in shaping what we build and how it translates into real products for the market.
About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and guiding products throughout the development process. You become the bridge between product vision and engineering execution and ensure that ideas are translated into clear requirements, features, and specifications, and that development stays aligned with the intended product scope. You work closely with R&D, application engineering, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product ideas and requirements into clear specifications, features, and use cases
- Take ownership of product definition within development projects (scope, priorities, trade-offs)
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between concept, design, and implementation
- Act as the central point of alignment between product, engineering, and application teams
- Define and validate product requirements, acceptance criteria, and functional behavior
- Support decision-making throughout the development process, balancing performance, cost, and feasibility
- Support the creation and validation of product-related data in ERP/PLM systems in collaboration with Product Operations
- Contribute to continuous product improvement based on feedback and product performance

What are the expectations for employment?
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in a technical role (R&D, application engineering, system engineering, or similar)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into structured product definitions
- Affinity with audio, DSP, or AV systems is a strong plus
- Structured, analytical, and capable of making decisions within complex environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility
